CORPORATIONS HAVE TO HAVE A LAWYER
A corporation cannot be represented in a courtroom in Georgia, Probate, State, Superior Court ~ except in certain circumstances in Magistrate Court. In Magistrate Court a corporation can only be represented by an officer; some Magistrates will allow an agent with express authority from the corporation's president and board to represent a corporation before it.
